Othello Tuason, Principal
Othello has over 25 years of corporate development, corporate finance, financial services, and capital market experience, executing ~ $8 billion small-business, mid-market and large corporate transactions.
Prior to founding Nautilus Endeavours, a boutique advisory practice in 2020, Othello was the Chief Corporate Officer of a private telecommunications services company. A member of the senior leadership team, Othello was responsible for operations, accounting, tax, budgeting and capital allocation, corporate finance, corporate development, strategy, marketing and brand, human resources, and contract management. His leadership span including direct and indirect reports of ~ 400 onshore, offshore, in-house and contracted.
Previous experience includes a Senior VP role with KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice, where he expanded the team’s capabilities in capital advisory, alongside mergers and acquisitions services. Othello also held the role of Senior Strategist in BMO Bank of Montreal’s Canadian Small Business and Commercial Banking Segment, in Toronto, as well as the Managing Director of BMO’s Asset Based Lending practice in Western Canada. His prior experience includes mid-market loan origination, large corporate lending and syndications, debt capital markets, as well as investment banking in the Canadian, US and European markets.

Adil Lalani, Senior Managing Consultant
Adil has over 20+ years of experience in leadership roles in investment banking, financial strategy, private equity and debt markets across a range of blue-chip institutional firms. Adil has successfully built teams and business platforms within high growth and complex environments.
Prior to joining Nautilus Endeavours, Adil was a co-founder of a mid-market consulting and investment platform which completed numerous successful advisory mandates as well as principal investments (including several successful full-cycle exits), leveraging his own experience and personal capital alongside a network of co-investors and capital providers.
Previous experience included Director of First West Capital, having established, led and managed strategic business development, new transactions, portfolio management and operations of the Calgary office. Adil also held the role of Senior VP with Macquarie Energy Capital, structuring and funding domestic and international energy transactions including equity investments and lending deals in excess of $400 million.
Adil’s transaction and origination experience covers a broad range of industries (including oil and gas, renewable energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, software, early stage disruptive technologies, energy services, healthcare and agriculture) and capital provider categories (large financial institutions, public and private capital companies, fund managers, family offices and high net worth investors).

Andre Drouillard, Senior Managing Consultant
Andre brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of advising private equity groups, corporate acquirers, and portfolio managers across North America.
Before joining Nautilus Endeavours, Andre served as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at a leading investment bank. In this role, he collaborated with both public and private companies to execute acquisitions and divestitures. His expertise in deal negotiation, structuring, and execution was pivotal in successfully closing numerous high-profile transactions.
Earlier in his career, Andre was Vice President of Corporate Development for a publicly traded software company, where he led efforts to acquire businesses in the public sector software space. Additionally, as VP of Institutional Sales at Acumen Capital Partners, Andre worked closely with portfolio managers across North America, playing a key role in raising over $1 billion in capital to support growth initiatives. As a member of the firm’s executive committee, he contributed to shaping the strategic direction of the organization.
Andre is a CFA charter holder, reflecting his deep commitment to the highest standards of investment management and ethics.

Numa Kwan, Senior Managing Consultant
Numa has over 20 years of experience in supporting businesses of all sizes and growth stages through a multitude of challenges.
Prior to joining Nautilus Endeavours, Numa was the Executive Market Vice President for CIBC in Edmonton & Area. As a member of the senior leadership team for one of the largest Banks in the world, Numa had the privilege of supporting a $42 billion dollar business with 250,000 customers while providing leadership to over 500+ employees. He was responsible for strategy, operations, sales practices, premises, local marketing and human resources.
Previous experience includes a Regional Vice President role with BMO in Central Alberta and extensive Commercial/Corporate Banking roles. Numa spent time as a Senior Manager with BMO in their Corporate Finance Group where his work has spanned a variety of industry segments including telecommunications, technology, energy services, forest products and building products, manufacturing, storage and distribution, financial services, real estate, agriculture, retail, government, health care, and utilities.
Numa has experience & knowledge in mid-market loan origination, large corporate lending and syndications, cross border transactions and debt capital markets.

Pat Lennox, Senior Consultant
Pat has over 10 years of combined experience in FP&A, corporate finance, assurance, risk management and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Nautilus Endeavours in 2020, Pat was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a mid-sized public company. Pat worked closely with the executive team, leading functions including financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting, valuations and internal/external reporting. During his time with the company, Pat helped execute multiple acquisitions, debt and equity raises, dividend policy decisions and divestitures.
His client work includes advising on over $500 million in transaction value across a variety of industry segments including energy services, real estate, construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and not-for-profit.
Outside of his time with Nautilus, Pat is also a financial educator, specializing in the Finance and Capstone modules of the CPA Professional Education Program.
Pat obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with Deloitte LLP in 2013, and holds a Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst Certification (CBCA).

Zach Blaszczyk, Consultant
Zach has over 8 years of combined financial services experience which includes advising $2+ billion of M&A diligence for mid-market deals and acting as a small business CFO.
Prior to joining Nautilus Endeavours in 2024, Zach was Director of Strategic Finance for a US based accounting firm. He was responsible for the creation of growth of the fractional strategic finance division as well as leading the top engagements. Zach’s work included raising equity and debt for small businesses, financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, internal reporting, and ad-hoc advisory. His experience spanned various industries including construction, manufacturing, medical devices, SaaS, E-commerce, and professional services.
Previous experience includes a Transaction Services Manager role with KPMG in their Calgary office, and a Senior Associate role in their New York office. Examples of Zach’s client work includes an IPO of an international beverage maker, as well as sell-side and buy-side diligence
mandates in various industries including SaaS, energy, logistics, restaurants, transportation, manufacturing, utilities, insurance, chemicals and computer hardware.
